Rest in peace cousin Paul. I have the happiest memories of our childhood holidays together. You were kind, funny, competitive, very good at teaching me to play football and cricket and endlessly patient as we attempted to paddle our blue lilo in unison! I have the utmost respect for your positive, cheerful outlook in the face of cancer. Rest in peace cousin Paul.
